We are seeking skilled individuals for direct hire positions at our Elyria, OH facility, where we manufacture fuel pumps and pneumatic valves for commercial aviation and military air and ground vehicles. This role involves assembling small, complex pumps with precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Assemble small, complex pumps consisting of 60-150 pieces.
- Ensure all assemblies meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Use precision hand tools and measuring devices effectively.
- Collaborate in a team environment, working in close proximity with other assemblers.
- Maintain high-quality standards and perform testing on assembled products.
Qualifications
- Mechanical inclination with at least 2 years of experience in small precision technical work.
- Experience in building small and complex objects, professionally or as a hobby.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Proficient in using test stand equipment and various hand tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable team player.
- Comfortable working in a long-tenured team environment.
Shift Details
- 1 opening: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm
- 7 openings: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Additional Information
Applicants must present a copy of their diploma or GED prior to the interview. A manual dexterity test will be administered during the interview process. A sign-on bonus is available after 30 days and an additional bonus at 6 months. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to long-term employment and not have a history of job hopping. The COVID vaccine is not required, though safety precautions are in place.
