As a Harness Assembly Coiler, you'll support daily production by coiling, inspecting, and preparing wiring harnesses to strict quality standards. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a Harness Assembly Coiler, you will be responsible for
- Operate coiling machines to wind wiring harnesses according to specified guidelines and production schedules*
- Inspect coiled harnesses for length, tension, and overall quality to ensure compliance with accuracy standards*
- Follow detailed work instructions to assemble and prepare wiring bundles for subsequent production steps*
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while prioritizing safety and efficiency*
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement
- High school diploma or GED*
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods*
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail*
- A safety-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team
