Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for the Afternoon Shift to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the assembly and production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, handling hand and power tools, and ensuring that production standards are met efficiently and safely. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and production guidelines.
Assist in assembling products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards.
Load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse or production area using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and finished products to identify defects or issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor to promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production targets.
Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products.

Skills

Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
Proficiency in operating forklifts, power tools, and hand tools is essential.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures and inventory management systems.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and manual handling tasks throughout shifts.
