If you have hands-on assembly experience and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.You'll be building athletic equipment used by players at every level from youth leagues to the pros. - $15/hour paid weekly
- 1st shift schedule home by 4 PM every day
- MondayFriday weekends typically off
- Overtime available (usually early start or late finish not weekend work)
- Work on a product you can be proud of
- Read work orders and assembly instructions to prep for each job
- Gather parts, tools, and materials needed for assembly
- Position and assemble components using hand tools and power tools
- Verify fit and fasten parts to spec
- Inspect finished components for defects and quality issues
- Make minor adjustments to meet production specifications
- Flag material shortages or equipment issues to your supervisor
- Help keep your work area organized and stocked
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior assembly experience in manufacturing or production
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
