Automotive Assembly Associate – Entry Level

Location: Greencastle, INPay: $13.50 per hourSchedule: Monday–FridayOvertime: Available based on business needs

Job Summary

Looking for a full-time manufacturing job with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule? We are hiring Automotive Assembly Associates in Greencastle, IN!

This is a great opportunity to get started in the automotive manufacturing industry. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

Pay starts at $13.50 per hour, with overtime opportunities available based on production needs.

Available Shifts

1st Shift:

5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift:

2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

3rd Shift:

10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

All schedules are Monday–Friday, with overtime available based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
Operate basic production equipment and hand tools.
Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet daily production goals and quality expectations.
Work with team members to keep production running efficiently.

Qualifications

No previous manufacturing experience required; training is provided.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
