You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a 3rd Shift Harness Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for
  • Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions*
  • Install tubing, fittings, connectors, and related assembly parts*
  • Tighten fittings and components to specifications*
  • Perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently*
  • Inspect finished products for quality & maintain a clean, organized workstation
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED*
  • 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or general labor experience*
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity*
  • Ability to follow written instructions and maintain reliable attendance
