• $17.50/hour
• Monday Thursday, 6: 30 AM 5: 00 PM
• Overtime required as production demands
• Must be available to work up to two Saturdays per month when required
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
• First-day orientation: 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM

Important: New hires should be prepared to stand throughout the three-day orientation. Orientation is interactive and involves plenty of movement, but participants will be on their feet for the duration.What You'll DoAs an Assembly Worker, you'll work as part of a team assembling products and components in a fast-paced production environment. Depending on staffing, production needs, training and experience, you may rotate between different workstations.Responsibilities include:

• Read and follow assembly procedures, drawings and standard work instructions
• Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently
• Keep pace with high-volume production
• Inspect completed work and perform quality checks and tests
• Use power, pneumatic, Smart Torque and hand tools as needed
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Identify problems and help find possible solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
• Follow all company safety, quality and production procedures
• Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement

Paid Time Off While on AssignmentContract employees in good standing may be eligible for 10 hours of paid time off after 30 days.
