Job Description

Assembly

M-Th 6am-4:30pm OT

$18/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with truck upfitting, mechanical assembly, and electrical wiring in a shop setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical installations, including mounting bodies, lighting systems, wiring harnesses, shelving, ladder racks, and toolboxes.
Read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Safely operate hand and power tools, hoists, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
Inspect completed installations to ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, hydraulics, and mounting hardware.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.
Familiarity with fiberglass/composite body systems is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of instruments and devices for calibration.
Ability to use power tools, torque wrenches, multimeters, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Inspection experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in standing or kneeling positions for extended periods.
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively and be familiar with computers.

Compensation and Benefits:

$18/hour
Paid every Friday
