People Source OKC is Hiring – Assembly Line WorkerLocation: Oklahoma City, OKPay: $17.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Saturdays 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM (schedule subject to change)Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring Assembly Line Workers for a fast-paced production environment. This position requires dependable individuals who are ready to work long shifts, stand for long periods of time, and be flexible with scheduling as production demands change. You will be working at a table with 5 other coworkers, must be able to work with others as a team.Job Responsibilities
- Work on an assembly line performing repetitive production tasks
- Follow instructions and maintain production standards
- Assist with general production duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be reliable and ready to work
- Must have reliable transportation
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed
- Must be flexible with schedule changes
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must complete phone interview and client walkthrough process
- OMMA Card friendly (must present a valid, up-to-date OMMA card if applicable)
- Current schedule includes 11-hour days and Saturdays until fully staffed
- Schedule expected to return to 10-hour days with occasional voluntary overtime once staffing levels are met
