Job Position: Assembly

Location: Claremore, OK 74017

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift: 4: 00pm - 3: 30am

Standby Personnel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Helper. This position is responsible for assembling components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to use hand and power tools, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Job DutiesAssemble products, components, and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documents.Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

QualificationsPrevious assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods during the workday.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving equipment.
