This position is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting mechanical components and finished products while ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are met Perform functional testing and troubleshoot assembly issues as needed Maintain accurate production and quality records Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing concerns Operate assembly equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and required PPE guidelines Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanshipPreferred Qualifications Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience Experience with product testing and quality inspections Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing environments Strong problem-solving and communication skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent use of hand and power tools and repetitive hand movements Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment while wearing required PPEWork Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment Exposure to assembly equipment, mechanical components, and industrial machinery Safety-focused workplace with opportunities for overtime as production requiresWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to build mechanical assembly and manufacturing skills Team-oriented work environment with career growth potential Stable employer with opportunities for advancementReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
