This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building, using tools, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.Whether you already have manufacturing experience or are looking to grow your production skills, this Assembly opportunity offers stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential.Required Experience & Skills Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift, move, and remain on your feet throughout the shift Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and work proceduresReliable attendance and strong work ethic are requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in assembling air-cooled heat exchanger units and components Read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and production documentation Use hand tools and power tools to install, align, and secure parts Fit and assemble components accurately according to specifications Inspect parts and completed units for quality, defects, and accuracy Support testing of finished products when needed Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirementsWork Environment Industrial manufacturing / assembly environment Production focused on air-cooled heat exchanger equipment Exposure to tools, fabricated metal components, machinery, and active production operations Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE complianceWhy You ll Want This OpportunitySteady full-time day shift schedule with overtime potential Excellent opportunity to gain manufacturing and assembly experienceTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Team-oriented production environment Weekly pay and competitive starting wagesReady to Apply?Apply online or call/text us at 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:507 E.
