This position is responsible for leading a production team, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the assembly of industrial equipment and fabricated components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly, can read blueprints, and is committed to maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial assembly experience required Prior leadership or lead experience in a production environment preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Excellent communication and team leadership skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and support second-shift assembly personnel to meet production goals Coordinate daily workflow and assign work to team members as needed Assemble industrial equipment, components, and subassemblies according to engineering specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings Monitor production quality and ensure completed assemblies meet company and customer standards Train and mentor new employees on assembly procedures and safety requirements Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate production status to supervisors Promote and enforce all company safety policies and quality procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Assist with hands-on assembly work as needed to support production schedulesPreferred Qualifications Experience leading assembly teams in a manufacturing environment Industrial equipment or heavy fabrication assembly experience Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives Strong organizational and time management skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift Ability to safely operate hand and power tools while wearing required PPE Comfortable working around industrial equipment and manufacturing machineryWork Environment Industrial manufacturing and assembly facility Fast-paced production environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork Exposure to fabrication equipment, hand tools, production machinery, and industrial noise Second-shift leadership position with overtime opportunities based on production demandsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $28.00/hour with higher pay based on experienceAdditional $2.00/hour shift differential Stable Monday Friday second-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to lead a skilled production team in a growing manufacturing environment Excellent opportunity for career advancement into manufacturing leadershipReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
