Position Overview: Fabricator / General Labor – Construction Manufacturing Join a trusted leader in midrise construction as a Fabricator/General Laborer. This hands-on role involves fabricating steel wall panels in a production setting. If you’re dependable, accurate with a tape measure, and ready to work as part of a dedicated team, this could be a great long-term opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Assemble steel wall panels as part of a team in a production line setting. Use basic hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks. Accurately read and interpret tape measurements down to 1/16”. Stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, productive workspace. Requirements: Must pass a tape measure proficiency test at the interview. Comfortable working in a dusty environment (not suitable for individuals with asthma). Steel toe boots required (all other PPE provided). Ability to work overtime as needed. Team-oriented, reliable, and looking for long-term employment. Schedule & Compensation: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $17 per hour Contract-to-hire opportunity Why Join Us?
