Job Description

PPS is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our custom fabrication team in Bedford. This is a full-time position with benefits including profit sharing bonuses and a high ceiling for growth!  

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble large metal cabinets according to customer specs
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for assembly tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role.
  • Mechanical skills and ability to use various tools.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to train on 1st shift then pivot to 2nd
