Job Description

Day shift - M-F (7am-3:30pm)

Perform assembly operations of products manufactured. Understand and perform daily job duties in a manner which supports the Company / Department SAFETY - QUALITY - PRODUCTION goals and objectives.

Essential Duties: Operation of the riveting machine Trimming of products Visual inspection of plastic products Packing of product Communicating issues with supervision and technical personnel Operating auxiliary equipment needed to produce finished goods and work in process (WIP)o* Staplerso* Carton Sealing machinery Any assignment as directed per management within the scope of personal capabilities

Secondary Duties:

Housekeeping Ability to perform all Packer level assignments Quality control inspections per customer specifications Participate in department meetings

Qualifications and Requirements:Demonstrated ability to write legibly, to maintain records, and to give and follow oral and written instructions.Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.Lifting of up to 35 pounds frequentlyAble to stand for duration of shift according to priorities set by the Production ManagerComplying with the regulations and guidelines of conduct in placeMeeting the requirements of safety, hygiene and quality
