Asset Management Program Administrator Chula Vista, CAContract 1st ShiftHours: 8am 4:30pmPay Rate: $35.64/Hr. Required Qualifications: Asset Management Program Administrator
- BA/BS degree.* *
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience.* *
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.* *
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal direction.* *
- Ability to solve customer problems using established processes and systems.* *
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.* *
- U.S. citizen or U.S. resident.*
- Supports the Asset Management Program (AMP) team through the lease and exchange of major aerospace components.* *
- Assists with asset management activities related to the rotable pool.* *
- Serves aerospace customers and supports business operations related to asset management transactions.*
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding asset availability, quotes, and lease/exchange transactions.* *
- Support airlines and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities for Aerostructures OE aircraft and engine configurations, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.* *
- Manage customer communications via phone and email.* *
- Coordinate with Aftermarket Technical Services, MRO partners, Distribution Centers, Licensing, Finance, Pricing, and other functional groups.* *
- Gather, input, and update data within MS Dynamics and Salesforce.*
- Business or Engineering degree.* *
- Previous aerospace experience.* *
- Ability to create Power BI reports.
