Job Description
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable/accounts receivable occasionally assist with payroll.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements and gathering backup documentation.
- Must have Quickbooks experience with full-cycle bookkeeping, Excel, Gmail, and other computer applications.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with special accounting projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Daily account updates & categorization of expenses for multiple entities.
- Daily scanning & filing of various documents.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter. Able to work alone or in a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Hardworking and personable.
- Strong communication skills.
- General bookkeeping experience with some knowledge of payroll.
- Willing to train but would prefer one to two years of Quickbooks, Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft, and general computer applications.
