A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR Assistant Branch Manager
As our Assistant Branch Manager, you play a vital role in our credit union. You will coachand develop associatesbyproviding training on procedures,processes,sales,and referraltechniques. You will be responsible for creating a climate that delivers an exceptional experience for both members and associates.
To support a world-class member experience, you balance processes with the need to provide a frictionless experience for our members. You proactively build a cohesive team and work to coach and develop team members to reach their full potential. You will support branch management to achieve branch strategic goals. Each day, you leave feeling great about the work you do to ensure we are achieving exceptional member service!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
- Two years of college or an Associate Degree
- Minimum three years of related experience in the banking/financial services industry.
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirement.
Equivalent work experience will be accepted in lieu of a associate degree. Are you highly motivated and enjoy working with others?
