For more than 50 years, we've been a healthcare software company developing technology and providing services in the behavioral health, human services, and Post-Acute markets. We collaborate with organizations and partner with our clients across the care spectrum to anticipate challenges, identify obstacles and recognize new opportunities as healthcare evolves. Assistant Business Controller

The Assistant Business Controller plays a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of an assigned region. This position partners closely with cross‑functional teams including project management, billing, collections, relationship management, and sales to ensure accurate reporting of revenue, bookings, and cash collections. The role supports regional forecasting, variance analysis, financial planning, and both standard and ad hoc reporting, helping leadership understand financial performance and proactively address risks and opportunities. Working alongside other Business Controllers, this role contributes to driving financial strategy and ensuring timely, data‑driven insights across the business.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, data‑driven professional with strong Excel fundamentals and an interest in process improvement and modern finance tools. The Assistant Business Controller will spend significant time manipulating large datasets, enhancing models and reports, and identifying opportunities to make existing processes more efficient through better structure, automation, or newer‑generation software solutions. As experience is gained, the role is expected to evolve toward more traditional Assistant Business Controller responsibilities, including deeper financial analysis, forecasting, and increased ownership of regional financial performance, offering strong long‑term growth and visibility within the organization.

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

  • At least 1 year business controller work experience

  • At least 1 year enterprise resources planning (ERP) platform such as Financial Force work experience
