Assistant Clinic Director – IV TherapyRN or Paramedic | Full-Time | Carmel, INAre you an experienced RN or Paramedic with strong leadership skills? ● Knowledgeable: We stay informed and educated, providing expert care and advice.● Passionate: We are deeply committed to the well-being of our clients.● Balanced Leadership: We lead with a balance of empathy, wisdom, and strength.● Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of honesty and ethical conduct.● Partnership: We work collaboratively, respecting and valuing each member of our team and ourclients.● Humility: We remain humble, always learning, and striving to improve.What You’ll Do● Support the Clinic Director with daily clinical operations● Perform IV starts, administer fluids/nutrient infusions, and monitor clients● Ensure a safe, high-quality, and welcoming patient experience● Document treatments accurately in the EMR● Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance support● Help maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations● Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture● Stay updated on the latest nutrition infusion therapies and share knowledge with the team.What We’re Looking For● Active RN license or Paramedic certification● 2+ years IV infusion or vascular access experience (required)● Strong IV skills (including difficult starts)● Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills● Comfortable educating clients and answering questions● Interest in holistic, preventative, or functional medicine● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskPhysical & Mental Requirements:● Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds assisted.● Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.● Strong critical thinking, numeric, and communication skills.Schedule● Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts, with occasional weekends requiredWhy Join Us● Clean, calm, non-hospital environment● Supportive leadership and growth opportunities● Make a real impact on patient health and wellness● Be part of a growing, wellness-focused clinic
