Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Hybrid - Mercer County | Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
Step into a dynamic opportunity with a high-performing, century-strong insurance brokerage in Central New Jersey. As an Assistant Commercial Account Manager, you’ll join a high-performing, growth-driven team supporting mid to large commercial clients in a collaborative environment.
You’ll play a visible role in client onboarding and renewals—helping deliver seamless, high-impact service—while building your expertise and advancing your career alongside a team that prides itself on excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account servicing and renewals
- Collect client data and insurer reports
- Prepare proposals and documentation
- Process billing, changes, and endorsements
- Maintain accurate records in Epic
- Issue certificates and client communications
- Track outstanding items and follow up
- Ensure compliance with procedures and standards
- Respond to client questions and provide support
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders
Min. Qualifications
- Strong customer service
- Agile and timely execution of tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organization
Ideal Qualifications
- 1+ year servicing commercial or personal accounts
- P&C licence
- Experience with Epic or similar AMS
