Job Description

Construction Site ManagerThis role supports the Superintendent in managing daily field operations and learning how to lead construction projects from the ground up.Assist with day-to-day job site coordination and subcontractor oversight

Help track and maintain project schedules and milestones

Support quality control and safety compliance on site

Participate in site meetings and document progress

Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics

Act as a bridge between field teams and project management

Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
