Job Details
What You’ll Be DoingLead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingOversee general ledger and cost accounting activitiesAnalyze manufacturing costs, variances, and marginsPartner with operations to drive cost savings initiativesOwn and support the budgeting and forecasting processEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOXAssist with audits and continuous process improvements
What They’re Looking For5+ years of accounting/finance experienceManufacturing or cost accounting experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of financial reporting + internal controlsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisCPA or CMA is a plus
