Pay starts at $16 per hour and up depending on experience ensuring your hard work and dedication are recognized. Day to day as an Assistant Cook- Day Shift
As an Assistant Cook on the Day Shift at Wilber Care Center, your daily responsibilities will revolve around supporting the Dietary team in crafting nutritious meals for our residents in a long-term care setting. You will assist in meal prepping, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and ready for use, while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. You'll play an integral role in fostering a positive environment for our residents.
Expect to collaborate closely with the head cook, participate in menu planning, and help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
