Lead, mentor, and support staff using a servant-leadership approach
Manage scheduling, billing, daily closeouts, and clinical workflow
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and pediatric dental standards
Track and analyze KPIs: production, collections, payroll, and expenses
Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and empathetically
Train staff on new systems, policies, and performance goals
Supervise insurance verification, benefit reviews, and patient financing
Collaborate with HR on staff development, coaching, and performance feedback
Qualifications4+ years of dental experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Orthodontic experience strongly preferred
Experience working in a pediatric dental and orthodontic practice is highly desirable.Strong understanding of orthodontic scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance, and patient financing is a plus.Experience managing workflows for multiple providers and specialties is preferred.Strong knowledge of pediatric dental procedures, insurance, and billing
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or advanced certifications preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
