Our ideal candidate has:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Child Development Associate, Psychology degree, or Bachelor of Arts or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Primary role will be as Enrollment Specialist and Marketing
- Be able to give tours to prospective families
- Marketing for the School
- Organize Events and reach out to the community
- Organize Open House
- Attend Community Events for Marketing
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- Must meet requirements as stipulated by the Virginia State Licensing agency
- Must have valid CPR Certification and/or within 30 days of employment
- Ability to train and supervise people.
- Must continue to accumulate required hours of training as required by the state licensing agency and/or the corporate office
- Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and various computer skills
- Must be willing to drive a bus
- Be proficient in Social media posting and Marketing
- Be willing to do Tours
- Must have open availibility 7am -6pm and some Saturdays for Events
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000to $50000
