Assistant Director

Assist in the Di rector in daily oversight of clinical and administrative operations.  Provides direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management for administrative staff and Direct Care Worker.  Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of staff.  Support and continues improvement projects.

Regulatory & Compliance - ensure services comply with state and federal home health care regulations, and agency policies. Oversee completion and accuracy of documentation including care plans, assessments, incident reports, and client visit/progress notes. Conduct regular case audits, home visits, and quality assurance reviews. Assist with preparation for regulatory audits, surveys, and inspections.

Clinical Oversight - conduct comprehensive initial and follow- up client assessments as needed.  Collaborate with case managers, caregivers, and families to develop individualized client care plans. Provide clinical guidance to team members on client conditions, treatment, and interventions.  Ensure proper coordination of care during client transition.

Qualification - Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in home health care, community health care or managerial experience strongly preferred.  Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience strongly preferred.  Strong understanding of home health care regulations, documentation standards and quality compliance.  Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for home visits
