Each location has an independent living, assisted living, and memory care areas
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
- Location: Lake Ridge, VA 22192
- Compensation: $92,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site
- Setting: 54-bed Health Center
- Reports To: Director of Nursing
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or ADON.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Infection Preventionist Certification required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
