Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS)Location: Manchester, NHPosition Type: PermanentShift: Days
Job Summary:The ADNS performs nursing leadership functions in accordance with facility policies, state/federal regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act to ensure high-quality resident care.
Requirements:
- RN license in NH (or compact license)
- 1+ year long-term care experience, including supervisory experience
- Knowledge of PDPM/MDS, Medicare/Medicaid, and geriatric nursing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Nursing with daily operations, staffing, and compliance
- Monitor resident care, medication administration, and care plans
- Provide leadership, staff training, and direct care as needed
- Ensure adherence to policies, HIPAA, and safety standards
