Assistant Teacher who has a passion to make an impact with children in a nurturing and educational environment.Responsibilities:
- Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.
- Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.
- Adhering to the guidelines of the Education Department and State.
Requirements:
- Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children.
- A caring and approachable nature.
- Ability to work during the evening, and after hours, as needed.
The position is perfect for someone interested in making this field a profession or for a college student needing part-time hours in the afternoon (3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday). Additional hours are available and competitive pay is based on experience and education.
