Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Gas Station Manager to support daily operations for a busy convenience store and fueling location in Kearney. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership, retail or customer service experience along with strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred candidates are team-oriented, customer focused and comfortable working in a fast pace environment. If you enjoy leading a team, are ready to support day to day operations and have a superior attendance record, we want to hear from you!

Requirements for Assistant Gas Station Manager:

Leadership experience
Strong attendance record
Able to multitask
Computer skills
Flexible scheduling availability preferred

Responsibilities for Assistant Gas Station Manager:

Assist with day to day operational support
Assist with team supervision
Assist with scheduling, training and employee support
Monitor and manage inventory
Support management with daily reports and other operational tasks
