CCS is a well established company right on the beach, and we're looking for a dynamic, service-driven Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team.
The Assistant General Manager will be a hands-on leader focused on elevating service standards, driving presence, and building a highly engaged team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in energetic environments, loves coaching in real time, and understands how to deliver polished hospitality while the room is buzzing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, setting and upholding high service standards
- Support hiring, training, and development of the team
- Partner with the Owner to drive culture, accountability, and consistency
- Oversee service execution during high-volume events
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and high-energy atmosphere
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in a leadership role (AGM, Service Manager, or similar)
- Strong presence and ability to lead confidently in high-volume settings
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
