Job DetailsResponsibilities:As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our restaurant. Your duties will include:1. Assisting the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant operations.2. Managing food inventory, ensuring that the quality and quantity of food supplies meet our restaurant’s standards.3. Overseeing food costs and budgeting, making sure that the restaurant is maximizing profit while delivering excellent food quality.4. Hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.5. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.6. Ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures.7. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.2. Strong knowledge of food costs, food inventory, and food budgeting.3.
