The Role
The Assistant General Manager plays a critical leadership role in bringing our brand to life every day. This position partners closely with the General Manager to lead the team, uphold standards, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
You will:
-Lead daily operations with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards
-Drive a culture of hospitality, accountability, and energy
-Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent, elevated service
-Ensure execution aligns with Le Moo’s brand identity and ethos
-Maintain a polished, high-performing dining room environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment
-A natural leader who thrives on developing people and creating energy
-A strong sense of hospitality, presence, and attention to detail
-Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
-Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operations
-Beverage knowledge (wine & spirits) preferred
Growth Opportunity
This role is designed as a pipeline to General Manager within our company.
Le Moo is part of a growing restaurant group with multiple concepts, and the AGM of our flagship, highest-volume location is positioned as the next leader to step into a General Manager role as we continue to expand.
Beverage & Operational Leadership (Preferred)
While guest experience is the priority, the ideal candidate will also bring a strong understanding of beverage operations, including:
Knowledge of wine, bourbon, and spirits
-Supporting or leading beverage programming and menu development
-Managing ordering, inventory, and cost controls
-Building relationships with vendors and distributors
-Overseeing bar operations and team performance
(Note: Deep beverage expertise is a plus, but not required. We are willing to develop the right hospitality leader.)
