Assistant General Manager – Mott 32 Las Vegas

Location: The Venetian Resort, Las VegasJob Type: Full-Time

Mott 32 is one of the world’s most awarded modern Chinese restaurants, known for its luxury dining experience, exceptional service, and innovative cuisine. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next stage of excellence in our Las Vegas location.

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest receives the elevated hospitality Mott 32 is known for. This role requires strong leadership, high attention to detail, and a passion for luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily FOH operations to ensure seamless and consistent service.
Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift.
Coach, train, and develop the FOH team, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality.
Oversee reservations, pacing, and floor flow using SevenRooms or similar platforms.
Resolve guest issues with a calm, professional, guest-first approach.
Assist with hiring, scheduling, labor management, and performance reviews.
Support financial goals, including revenue growth and labor/controllable cost management.
Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure alignment on menu changes, service timing, and special events.
Build relationships with VIP guests, hotel partners, and frequent visitors.
Support execution of special events, holidays, and brand activations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality required.
Strong leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Experience in high-volume, high-end dining environments.
Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems preferred.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Professional, polished, and composed under pressure.
