What You'll Do:Support, coach, and motivate the salon team while developing your own leadership skills.Help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through memberships and retail sales.Create a welcoming customer experience and confidently educate customers about our products and services.Help train team members, provide feedback, and encourage the team to reach its goals.Learn and support daily operations including opening and closing, cash handling, cleanliness, and administrative tasks.Monitor goals and key performance metrics and help the team stay focused on results.Take on increasing responsibility through our Management Development Program and work toward future leadership opportunities.What We're Looking For:1–2 years of leadership experience such as keyholder, shift lead, or similar

Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality

Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable leading and working with people

Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and customer relationships

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Organized, dependable, and ready to take on responsibility

Strong communication and teamwork skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
