Palm Beach Tan is looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager to support salon operations and help drive results at the Flowood salon.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily salon operations to deliver a high-energy, customer-first experience
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a sales-driven team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Drive membership, retail, and service sales using proven sales techniques
  • Lead by example on the sales floor and in customer interactions
  • Help maintain a clean, polished, and on-brand salon environment
  • Assist with scheduling, cash handling, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Step in as acting leader when the General Manager is not on-site

Qualifications

  • An energetic, goal-oriented leader with experience in sales, customer service, or retail leadership
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping customers feel confident
  • Motivated to grow into a General Manager
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling operations and customer concerns
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and excited to represent a nationally recognized brand

Compensation & Benefits
