Our revolutionary app-based booking and payment platform makes scheduling, paying, tipping, and rating easy, breezy, Squeezy. Similar to Postmates and Uber, after a Squeeze massage, instead of dealing with a clunky, stressful checkout process, our guests simply float out with the ability to tip and rate their therapist at their leisure post-massage. Personalized services allow guests to select massage preferences as well as control in-room settings from lighting to sound, all in a beautifully designed space. It’s a completely fresh approach to a way better massage experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE

• Deliver and uphold an exceptional, hospitality-driven guest experience
• Drive membership growth, retention, and rebooking performance
• Coach and develop front desk team members in real time
• Monitor and improve key business metrics (revenue, utilization, performance)
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Build and maintain staff schedules
• Help to resolve employee relations and guest issues, while also maintaining culture and morale
• Manage inventory and minimize shrink
• Fostor meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead the floor on scheduled days, including management of Maitre D's and Massage Therapists.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years in retail, preferably hospitality or service-related experience

• Experienced in operating a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previously managed a minimum of 5 direct reports

• Inventory management and scheduling expertise

• Must be available to work 3 days a week including weekends

• Proven track record in building consistent, recurring retail business, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
