Ready to make an impact through fitness leadership? In this role, you'll help lead all aspects of a large onsite health and fitness program, combining operations management, team leadership, member engagement, and wellness programming into one rewarding opportunity.You'll:Oversee daily fitness center operations and serve as Manager on DutyLead and develop fitness staff and internsContribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and program reportingDrive participation, engagement, and outstanding member experiences️ Deliver hands-on fitness services including personal training, group exercise, fitness assessments, and facility orientationsHelp create a welcoming, results-driven culture focused on health and well-beingThis is the perfect opportunity for a fitness professional who enjoys both leadership and direct member interaction.

ScheduleMonday-Thursday, combination of shifts between 6:00 am- 7:00pm; Friday 6:00 am- 5:00 pmNo weekends
