Evening Shift • Some Weekend Shift required

We provide residential and community support for adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses-and we're looking for a caring, motivated leader to join our team!
What You'll Do
- Support adults in building independence and meaningful lives
- Lead and inspire staff in a positive team environment
- Maintain organized, clean, and structured routines
- Promote community involvement and dignity
- Provide hands‑on direct care (majority of role)
Who We're Looking For
- Self‑motivated, organized, and dependable
- Team‑builder with great communication
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Passionate about helping others grow
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent
- DSP or MHRT‑1 Certification
- 2+ years of experience with mental health or developmental disabilities
- 21+ years old
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Emotionally & physically healthy
