We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as an Assistant Hotel General Manager for the AC Element Hotel by Marriott Rochester, NY at City Gate!

The main objective of the Assistant Hotel General Manager is to assist in managing the overall operations of this dual-branded hotel, helping to ensure an efficient, successful, and profitable operation while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and associates.

Successful candidates will combine meticulous professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. The ideal candidate will be a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and utilizes excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills.
