Assistant House Manager / Direct Support Supervisor (Full-Time)Location: Pocatello, IdahoSchedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMPosition Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)Are you an experienced caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), CNA, Med Tech, or healthcare worker looking to take the next step into a leadership role?Rockwell Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Assistant House Manager to help supervise daily operations in one of our residential homes serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.This position combines hands-on caregiving with leadership responsibilities and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in healthcare and human services.What You'll DoProvide direct support and care to residents

Assist the House Manager with daily operations

Help ensure quality care and compliance standards are maintained

Support and mentor direct care staff

Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed

Complete documentation and resident records

Promote a positive, safe, and supportive home environment

Help residents achieve personal goals and maintain independence

Direct Care ResponsibilitiesPersonal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)Medication assistance and reminders

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping

Transportation and community outings

Companionship and emotional support

Recreational activities and life skills development

Supporting residents with daily routines and goals

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required

Med Tech Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)6+ months of caregiving, DSP, healthcare, or disability services experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Valid Idaho Driver's License with a clean driving record

Ability to pass background checks required by state regulations
