Job Description

Role Overview The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities Support daily housekeeping operations: Room attendants Public area staff Laundry team Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards Assist with: Scheduling Training Coaching team members Manage inventory: Linens Supplies Cleaning products Coordinate with: Front Desk Maintenance team Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling) Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy Assist with onboarding and team development Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
Required Qualifications Housekeeping leadership experience ( hotel experience preferred ) Strong understanding of: Cleaning standards Inspection procedures Safety protocols Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work in fast-paced environments Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
