Records and Sterilization Tech, you are a critical member of our team. Your administrative and patient care skills help ensure that every patient has a smooth and positive experience with us. Every day, you clean and sterilize orthodontic instruments, adjust equipment, and restock supplies. You also get some hands-on dentistry experience as you take X-rays and assist your clinical team with various procedures. On the admin side, you process patient records, complete data entry, and perform other duties as assigned. You uphold a positive attitude as you work and make our patients feel welcome.REQUIREMENTSAbility to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.Good vision and ability to hear people over the phone

Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft WordExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
