Job Description
We are seeking a Junior / Assistant Interior Designer to support high-end residential projects from concept through installation. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior designers and architects on fully custom homes, gaining exposure to every phase of the design process.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow within luxury residential interiors, develop strong technical and aesthetic skills, and contribute meaningfully to high-profile projects.
What You’ll DoSupport interior design development across all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, and constructionAssist with finish selections, material palettes, and FF&E sourcingCreate and maintain presentation materials, mood boards, and client deliverablesDevelop drawings and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design toolsCoordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is executedAssist in preparing specification packages and schedulesParticipate in client meetings and presentationsSupport project installations and site visits as neededMaintain organization of samples, materials library, and project documentationWhat We’re Looking For1–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably residentialBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related fieldStrong design sensibility with an interest in high-end residential aestheticsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsAbility to support multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-driven environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsA collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow
