Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our operations by assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily functioning of the business. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that operational processes run smoothly. Qualifications:- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily business operations- Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Assist in creating and implementing business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing training to existing staff
