Job Description

As a member of our leadership team you are expected to represent the Chick-fil-A values and execute to the standards laid out in our training program.

Must be dependable
Must have the ability to work the needs of the business
Saturdays are required
Must have the ability coach and mentor employees
Must have the ability to help develop future leaders
Must possess a Tulsa County Food Handlers Card
Food safety standards must be followed
Food quality standards must be followed
Guest service standards must be followed
