Job Description
The Super 8 Kalispell is looking for a responsible and upbeat Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are dedicated to providing our guests with a safe, clean, and comfortable "home-away-from-home" stay experience.The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations while maintaining a strong presence at the front desk. This role works five front desk shifts per week, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate reservations and billing, and smooth shift transitions. Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, assisting with scheduling and training, enforcing hotel policies, and supporting operational and financial goals. They act as a leader on duty, models professional service standards, and helps ensure efficient, guest-focused operations at all times. We are looking for someone who has experience, but it is not required as we are willing to train the right person. Benefits:
