Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve service and performance goals

Foster a positive, customer-first culture focused on relationship building and exceptional service

Support business development efforts through customer engagement and referral generation

Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Assist with scheduling, performance management, and workflow coordination

Resolve customer concerns and provide support for complex transactions

Partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch growth and overall performance What You Bring:High School diploma, or equivalent. College coursework preferred.2-5 years previous retail banking experience required

Supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Strong operational and organizational skills

Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
